SupportOn February 1, 2025, I ordered a Samsung S10 Ultra 5G tablet from the official Samsung store on Shopee. The listing did not indicate that it was a pre-order. In fact, it showed that my order had been shipped, with an expected delivery date of February 11, 2025. However, despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I have only received vague responses, such as, "We do not have a delivery schedule" and claims that it is a pre-order with no available stock.
Frustrated, I visited the official Samsung website and found that the tablet was actually in stock. I then contacted a live chat agent, who told me, "The stock availability is different from Samsung Shopee." This left me confused—aren't both platforms under Samsung? Shouldn't they share the same inventory?
Absolutely horrible service.
