Samsung soundbar video passthrough refresh rate bug

When using video tv passthrough with samsung soundbar q800d the soundbar will have this problem:

 1) refresh rate at 1080p resolution limited to 50hz,59.94hz and 60hz whereby many 1080p movie play at 23.97hz or 24hz so when this happen with samsung soundbar all 1080p 24hz movie will be upscale to 4k 24hz and video lose the video quality . non samsung soundbar can play 1080p 24hz movie as it without upscale to 4k24hz. 

2) Soundbar Tv passthrough have problem of screen went blank when it change refresh rate or resolution. this is slow change because when i connect my android box directly to tv the resolution and refresh rate change very fast without blank screen. 

my setup soundbar tv passthrough when this problem :

 android box---->samsung q800d (tv passthrough) -----tv 

tested on 1015 firmware and 1016 firmware the bug still not fix.

please fix refresh rate not showing all in 1080p resolution and slow refresh rate and resolution change problem. hope samsung will provide firmware and software update for q800d soundbar. thank you
