SupportI’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the Second Screen feature, Willows. 😕 Since you’ve already restarted both devices and checked for updates, please double-check that both are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Also, make sure the Second Screen feature is enabled on your tablet by going to Settings > Advanced Features > Second Screen. If the issue persists, contacting our service center for further assistance is the next best step.
