Screen display issue

Does anyone know if the latest UI 6 update help with s22 ultra screen display issue? 

Out of the blue, without dropping or hard hit, my current s22 ultra facing display issue due to "updates". Apparently many s22 ultra users facing this problem, I am super upset that I was told I have to pay the cost of replacing the screen because my phone warranty has experied couple months ago, which will be over RM1000 for something I didn't caused. 

I won't be this irritated if it's my own personal fault that I need to pay for the screen replacement.

Ya sure, thanks so much @nud28 for your info, I am still considering if want to go change screen but I feel that this is unfair since is software issue then Samsung should have take responsibility. Nevertheless, I heard the issue might become worse might suddenly white screen and cannot use, may I know your phone issue has been how long ya?

This is the issue I'm facing. The white light. Anyhow we need to change the screen as it will get worst. And like you said I really think its unfair because its a common problem with s22 ultra

Yup, I having exactly same issue, but I really not willing to fork out big amount of money to change the screen when is not our fault ... I wondering if software update may fix the issue?

Yes me too. I am also not willing to pay that huge amount of money when it's not our fault hence I still didn't send it in for replacement. And just recently found out about the Samsung promo. I know its in kl Sunway, gardens. I am not sure if penang will have the same promo I'm hoping they do too. As far as software updates, from my end it doesn't work. The problem is still there even after updating the latest UI 6

@dongxdong I've just contacted understood that not all service outlet is running this current promo. Luckily one outlet in penang does have it. And ive checked, our issue with the white light is also under this promo. To qualify for this promo free replacement, they will do a diagnosis on the phone making sure that there is no water damage and a few other tests. If you are going to SC, I suggest that you go to Sunway, Pavi or Gardens. These 3 locations confirmed running this promo until March.
