My S24+ with Kernel version USQS4AXKD will not upgrade to UI7. I try once a day since mid April. It stays at UI6.1.
Is there a way to manually download and upgrade it?

Yes. Download U1 XAA latest firmware and flash via ODIN. Back up all your data before flashing.
Google/Youtube is your friend.
These are the regions that got AXKD Dec. 2024 build..
