i was tryinng to get into smart hub and on the third step the "terms and conditions, privacy policy" it says downloading, ive wiated for like 15 or 20 mins tried turning off the tv for 10 mins but it still wont complete the download, or its slow, i am connected to wireless wifi, how do i fix this, do i need a samsung account? but the problem is the samsung account is greyed out, tv software is up to date, our smartv is from 2016. pls help
