Sound Notifications for all apps gone.

I checked all my settings and even did a reset just to make sure I didn't turn something on. But now my app notify only does vibrate and no sound. Is this an issue after the recent update?

This one? Even when sliding that and choosing a tone nothing sounds for both system and notification. But everything else works.
