Hi, anyone hv problem reload amount to your phone using the new tng nfc card. I'm using note 20 ultra. Thanks

Still having problems even getting my hand on one of the new Enhanced TnG NFC card 😪

Have you ensured that NFC is turned on on your phone (Quick Settings > NFC)? 

When tapping the card, make sure to place it closer to the mid-back of your phone as that's where the NFC is on your phone.

Hi, yes NFC is on...and card also i put at the back just unable to come out the reload word...so not sure card problem or phone problem 😢

Maybe app issue? 🤔 Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the TnG card? Then restart ur phone?

same with you, using Note 20 Ultra can't scan the reload part there..
