SupportI have a Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22, purchased in Hong Kong.
I used to visit Cambodia for business (previously in January 2025 and connected to local network). I have now moved here (end of September 2025) from China mainland, but my phone will now not connect to any local Cambodian network. The SIM cards provided work on a colleague's Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra, also HK variant. All I see, is Emergency Calls Only. I cannot access anything
Any suggestions on how to fix?
I have contacted Samsung customer services in HK (where I purchased) and they have been shocking. They say it is a SIM issue and will not provide any further support. It is certainly not a SIM issue. I wonder if the phone has been region blocked following a recent firmware update.
