Hello. May question lang po ako. Last January 2025, I changed the sim network (Smart to Globe) pero with the same number pa rin. Globe sent me a sim to use. After successful activation, working properly naman yung sim. Then, nagcheck ako sa Sim Manager, upon checking walang nakaindicate na phone number si SiM 1 which is Globe dapat (Please see attached photo). Paano po kaya ito maayos? Nagtanong na ko sa globe hindi daw sa kanila may problem since working naman yung sim.

This *** has worked for me. Try inserting the SIM to an iPhone, and check if it shows the number then insert it back to your phone. If iPhone is not available readily, you can try it on another brand of android phone. Better kung iPhone sana.

Hi. Hindi ko siya sa iphone ginawa, sa other android phone. After inserting the sim, I go to sim manager and dun pwede i-edit yung phone number so I input dun yung phone number ko. Nung binalik ko na sa samsung phone ko meron na siya complete mobile number. Thank you!
