Z Fold 4 5G - Does anyone encounter this issue where when switching from folded to unfolded mode, the internal screen will be black screen and unresponsive. Only way to resolve is to do hard reset (power button + volume down).

Hi, if u still have Care+/basic warranty coverage, I would suggest u to visit the service centre for an inspection. If it's deemed to be manufacturer defect, they will replace the inner screen at no cost. Do remember to back up every single data, before u send in for repair. Recommended to use Smart Switch. Will save everything for u.

I got same issue just since 3 or 4 days ago.now I cannot unfold to use large screen.

I got the same issue after the warranty expired 3 months later... no idea what to do next...
