Can Samsung do something for the users with the green line on screen issue?
I have never dropped my S21 but the line suddenly appeared. My warranty is over and if I go to the repair centre, they will charge me $200++for labour, evaluation & a new screen. I would rather pay more to buy a new non-Samsung phone than to repair an 1.5 year old phone. Please help us🙏

Here's what I did: I emailed the CEO using the form at the Support page & got an email reply followed by a call from Samsung. The guy over the phone agreed to replace the LCD FOC provided my phone was in good physical condition, no water damage & unauthorized 3rd party repairs but I would have to pay a non-refundable labour charge of $54.50.
