Hello! I bought my s22 last February I recently read somewhere that I am eligible to have 12 months premium viu. However, I can't seem to find it on benefit section. Help?
I noticed that, every now and then, some perks are not shown also. I raised my recent concern to their helpdesk. As of this writing, there is no response yet.
As to your case, revisit the "Benefits" section once in a while.
If, by 15 Jun 2022, you still cannot see the VIU offering, you might want to consider logging a ticket.

Hi, I have the same concern. I bought the samsung a13 and I was told that I would also have a 1 year premium subscription on VIU. However, until now there is nothing on my benefit section.
