Some people using (Google) Messages instead of the default Samsung Message app. I see some of the icons in the image below the upper is the google, then the below is the default. The question is: Which one is good Messaging app?

Both are good apps, it just depends on your preference. I like the Samsung messages cause of its layout and simplicity.

If you need or use RCS, then go for Google messages
