Z Fold 3 Black Screen of Death

After last 2 updates, my Z Fold 3 started experiencing problems. 1st bluetooth connection failed, followed by outer front camera failed and total inner black screen.

Anyone has any similar issues?

Camera works fine with other apps e.g QR scanner but fails otherwise

Hmm.. then do u intend to continue using ur Z Fold 3 for quite some time? If not, u can consider contacting Samsung Malaysia for a repair quote price. I believe will be 20% cheaper than Samsung Singapore's quote.

Just that u will need to find a spare phone to use for the time being.

I don't think they wil ever bother you. I may be wrong because my impression is that they only bother about in-country device set

No leh.. I emailed the Samsung Malaysia team before for my Note 10+ LCD replacement. I got quoted about 300 SGD equivalent, compared to Samsung Singapore's quote at 430+ SGD.

thanks for the info. then i don't have to worry in terms of going to Samsung service centre in Singapore for tab s8+ i bought from Samsung Malaysia direct

Haha.. since u bought from Samsung Malaysia, can always go to JB branch to have it inspected. *touch wood*.

If different country products, they will treat it as out-of-warranty. So if device alr out of warranty, doesn't matter where the repair will be.

My exactly same symptoms as urs. No more warranty. Had to fork out 600+ for the repair.
