Hi there! Can anyone help me with my battery health? I've recently purchased the new tab s8+ 5g tablet and I noticed that it's draining faster than my phone (even with 10,090 mah battery) so I decided to download the accubattery app. After downloading the app, I found out that the battery is 9,800 mah and it's not even at 100% battery health (as seen in the screenshot, it's at 82%). Not even my iPhone does this. They're always at 100% battery health for new devices. Is this normal for Samsung or should I go to a service center? This is really bothering me because of the high price I paid 😓

AccuBattery is more accurate if you use it longer, like 2-3 weeks.

Yes, thank you! I've seen an improvement. It's now 93-96% battery health. 😊😊😊

Check if the battery protect setting is on... it keeps your battery to a maximum of 85% when charging. But if u can see an unusual draining then better to have it checked while its still covered.

Yes I'm concerned about that too but I'm just using a third-party app so I'm not sure if that's valid. Anyways, I observed that with my normal usage it can last up to 8-9 hours while if I just leave it on standby it can last up to almost 48 hours lol but ofc I wouldnt just leave it on like that, I have to use it so it'll last up to 8 hours of video playback & stuff. But overall performance is good, its fast and no other issues~ 😊

Hello! Any update about your problem? My samsung galaxy tab s8 plus 5g also lasts for 6 hours and 40 minutes when protect battery is turned on. Also, in that observed hours, I am enabling power saving because it is draining fast compared to what they are claiming that it can last for. Kinda scared that it has a problemon its battery.
