Hey guys, any idea or fix for this issue? before I go to the repair shop. Tried those basic troubleshooting found online but none of those works. My son hasn't use it for at least a week and it was on 0% battery state since then. Now it's not turning on and not showing that it's charging.
Note:
- no physical damage on the tablet or the charging port
- Charger is working fine, tried multiple chargers as well
- Left it plugged on the wall for few minutes to more than 2 hours but still not turning on.
- Tried cleaning the charging port - no visible dirt or obstruction
- Tried holding down the power button and volume down at the same time for 10secs and more, not doing anything
