Ghost touch problems

Any of you know how to resolve ghost touch problems in my Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2019? The situation occurred eversince I bought it and used it. Now it has gotten worse over the years. Its not even reliable anymore, it keeps opening other applications while I'm trying to power off or restart it. In fact, it would touch anywhere on the screen automatically.

I'm having this problem with a completely new A8 that came free with my S22+
It is already at the stage where it is almost impossible even to turn it off because it just keeps randomly opening apps, 'bigifying' the screen, scrolling through things, opening settings, etc. It's obviously a known fault and it's annoying that Samsung is silent about this, apart from the normal kind of inane suggestions that all big IT companies spout - try wiping the screen, look for an app that must be causing the problem, try a factory reset, oh it must be the charger (it's not, it happens when not charging), etc. Anything to avoid saying it must be a hardware or systems software failure by Samsung. 

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SOLUTION?
