So, I recently bought this Tab S9 FE+ using my student discount. I'm actually upset that the heating/ getting warm of the tab is persistent even when I am just doing minimal/minor activities. Earlier today I just turned off the sleep mode and within a few seconds the tabs back was noticeably warm. Now, as I write this frustration the tab's heat has noticeably increased, I can now say it's hot.

what's the solution for this?

If it's new probably it's adjusting it's performance base on your usage. Which is normal for new devices. It should take atleast a week or two to adjust. If it still persist I suggest you bring it to the nearest Authorized Samsung Service Center.

I bought it last Oct 25th via Samsung's website. Do you know how long before it adjusts?

Heyya i don't have any probs with my tab s9 fe+ anymore. I'm pretty satisfied with it. I use it for school mostly. It does get warm but no overheating. I use multiple apps so that's why it gets warm and also I have it screen on at least 8 hours a day. I use multiple app in multiple windows. And connected to wifi, bluetooth etc because im heavy into samsung ecosystem

As per other user said it gets hot if the device is new, it usually takes about 1 week to 1 month to adjust to your usage, if it still persists most likely its a normal thing because of its processor (exynos 1380) which does get hot sometimes when doing even some basic tasks because exynos

Thanks for the info! So does the heating even though might be normal, will it affect the battery life span of my tab?

Unfortunately yes, heating is still heating so the life span will be affected, thats the one issue everyone complained about when the tablet launched, the processor it had inside. You can only count on Samsung to optimize the battery through software to account for the lost battery lifespan by optimization and squeezing as much as possible

My samsung tablet is getting restarted by itself. And heating issues are also is there. There is no return and no replacement policy in flipkart. Worst experience with samsung products right now.
