Mouse&keyboard with otg hub connector issue

I just bought recently an keyboard and mouse with otg hub connector cuz I thought the otg is still on the settings before I did not update it when the keyboard and mouse with otg hub connector arrived I tried ipto connect it but sadly it's not working.how should I fix this issue?some people said that It will automatically connect the otg to keyboard and mouse but no its no working.if the keyboard and mouse is the issue not cuz I tried it on the another phone its working the otg hub connector working on the other devices but my device didn't work..I tried pressing the keyboard many times I already watch all video in YouTube to fix it but no of them help me with my issue...pls help me to fix this issue
