Poor Experience with Consegnia

I placed an order for TabS9 Ultra. The regular TAT is 3-5 days for Luzon addresses but it still has not arrived. My order is stuck in the South warehouse according to the tracker since August 4th. There is no traction, hence. Their contact channels are unavailable. I need to speak to them to schedule the delivery as I need to be home for the trade in ㅠㅠ

 I read almost every negative comment online about Consegnia. I wonder why Samsung Ph entrusted such high value purchases in the hands of an unreliable courier. Is there a way I can just drop by a Samsung store to claim my items?

Update: As of 5:46PM today, I have not heard anything from Consegnia, nor is there traction online. They were not responsive to emails, either.

You're not alone. Every pre-order that went through that provider has the same status. Without explanation, too. It's a pity because Samsung released the items early but the last mile is practically dead in the water. I too have the same status on the Tab S9 Ultra 1TB, at that.
