S-Pen bug

Hi, I want to fix an S-Pen bug. It works perfectly fine for me before. I play rhythm games and tap on the notes. But after that, my S-pen gets glitchy when drawing. It freezes for a short time and sometimes even teleports. I can't find an answer now to fix this. I tried everything I can like cleaning my memory on Settings, but it just doesn't work.
Is there any way to fix this? :(

Ok actually it somehow got fixed if I put an S-Pen at the back of the tablet???
Still I would like to know how this glitch works and how to prevent it to prevent future problems.

What tablet are you using? Did it happen after an update?

Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G. It's been bothering me since late 2022 but I don't think the update happened. The bug just happened out of nowhere.

You said it got fixed when you put an S Pen at the back of the tablet. I think this is hardware issue already.

Can you test the S Pen on a phone or another tablet? If it works on another device, then the problem is most likely the tablet itself. Can you try to fix it by wiping the cache partition?

Thanks for letting us know about your experience with your S Pen having multiple issues from glitchy when drawing, freezes for a short time, and sometimes even teleports. Then, it got fixed when you put it back to Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G.

If it happens again, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Accessory".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

If the issue persists, you may bring your device to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area. Rest assured that your device will undergo an assessment to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. They may guide you and offer solutions to restore it.

The problem happened again, and this time I can't fix this issue by putting the pen at the back of my tablet.
I have sent the error report to Samsung, in hopes for the problem being fixed. Thanks for your suggestion.
