Sales Invoice / Official Receipt

Samsung Official Store in Shopee did not provide receipt. Tried contacting them via email, phone and from the seller itself and with all that, still no receipt.

They gave me a receipt after 1 month, followed up 2 times via Shopee chat. Receipt sent in chat.

1 month po ay beyond na sa Shopee Guarantee, tho yan din po response nila.

Yan dn sinabi nila kaya matagal dw ma-issue receipt, by batch dw kasi. No choice nman ako kaya nag-hintay na lng ako

After 1 month nag chat ulit ako sa kanila to follow up, the next day, sinend na nila ung receipt.

Hello po sa nagpost, naibigay po ba ung receipt niyo? Mag2 months na din po kasi ung akin tapos ayaw po talaga ibigay, di na din nagrereply ung mga CS sa chat panay nakalagay lang *Name of Rep* will serve you pero di naman nasagot. December ko po binili ung akin tapos after two days upon opening di na nagana. Dinala ko sa service center pero need daw muna receipt. I paid the device in full cash. Wala akong habol kasi ayaw talaga nila ibigay. Hanggang ngayon ung phone nasa kahon pa din kasi di naman magamit at sira.
