Samsung Gift Redemption a SCAM!

Who else is still waiting for their Samsung Gift Redemption?...I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks already and then suddenly got a phone call and told me that their delivery guy "just left the item in front of my unit door unattended"....without even ringing my phone to inform me that my gift has arrived! And without collecting the copy of redemption card  from me!...and now it maybe in limbo. E-mailed and feedback to their redemption center and got no reply yet!.

Today I've got a call and received the item already.

Thank you very much for the follow up and efforts you all  have done on this matter. I have given up hope before and not expecting to get the item already but blessings is still with all of you that put this task to be completed.

Redemption scam!!! Status. Delivered but i never receive my item at all

Agreed, today I am facing similar issue to redeem the items.

I experienced the same when most of the items are out of stock... So what is there to redeem.

They have stock shortage issue and they should have extend the redemption period and give every customer a fair chance to have their items redeemed.

But instead, they advised you to use up the voucher for other things before the voucher expired, where you might be not interested with.

The redemption service **bleep** to core. They advised to submit and it will take 3 working days for redemption side to approve that is what the 1st operator who spoke with me advised. Guess what the redemption was approved a week later even though I called in to tell them my urgency. I had to call them consistently for the past 2 weeks to follow up on this. Last Friday the 4th customer care guy called to inform me they have no other alternative solution for my concern and gave even worst crappie ideas to get the item to deliver to my relative or friends place while I am gone. When I questioned who will be responsible ifbthe deliver goods are not in good condition...they can say responsibility falls on the person who receives it. I told I can't cause inconvenience to them I would prefer to collect it before I travel. They have the balls to tell they are out of stock and they can't deliver anytime time soon. I even asked them, if you plan to run a promotion shouldn't you have stock in hand so the delivery can happen as scheduled in June. He has no answers. They were just a bunch of lies being told. I m so angry waiting for them to get back during the scheduled delivery. So how efficient they are. Poor service by Samsung is just not expected. Being loyal to them is wasted to the core. I

its 2023 and they have not change. 4 weeks waiting for the redemption. its a scam.

Purchased a Samsung soundbar. HN salesman said can redeem a Mooments voucher after purchase. The voucher is also indicated in the Samsung brochure.

I tried to redeem after installation and am rejected, with short excuses such as "purchase not entitled for this promotion". No other explanation. How could that be, when the online redemption portal clearly states that this soundbar is eligible for the Mooments voucher claim? Purchase is also within the stated promotional period.

It seemed that Samsung is just finding excuses to reject eligible redemptions. Not very trustworthy of the brand.

I think Samsung redemption is really  a scam, filled up details but can’t submit , a real hassle to redeem and the partners like Best Denki also cheated me saying if I buy the fridge , I’m entitled to get the moments e-voucher. Ended up when I fill in the redemption form online , the cut off date for the promo was late by 3 days already. Really wasting time
