SAMSUNG REDEMPTIONS_ incorrect attachment

I have been having problems with samsung redemption for 3 days. 

I purchased my samsung z flip 4 from globe last dec 18 and got it last dec 28. 

This only included the phone and a paper indicating my plan renewal.

Last dec 31,  I started attempting to redeem the  free tab

It says incorrect attachment and I have been trying to reupload the correct email from globe but after clicking the reupload option there is no button to upload the file

And you can only click the reupload button once a day....

I have been calling samsung for 2 days but they cant give me an answer. Have also been emailing redemptionph@partner.samsung.com....  

but no reply!

Please help!

i already completed this. I attached the wrong proof of purchase and unable to correct it due to no reupload button. 

I have seen previous thread and have submitted all documents to this email redemptionph@partner.samsung.com

as you have instructed another person. 

 

will wait for a reply... :(

Update: the reupload button is somehow working today.

I have already uploaded the correct file

Hoping samsung redemption will validate my request soon
