Samsung S9 FE fingerprint sensor not working

Just bought my tablet around April 2024.

Suddenly my tablet's fingerprint sensor not working

Did a hard reset

Accessibility reset, settings reset, update

Sometimes it comes back to normal, then i notice that when i put back the samsung tab case freebie, it will not work again.

When it works, fingerprint sensor registers my new fingerprint like normal. What's happening?

What did they do to fix it? I'm a bit hesitant to bring it to a service center because they might charge me, even though I’ve only had this for 2 months.
