Samsung Tab power button changed to torch light

This is freaking annoying! Even the power button press and hold set to normal power button, it changed itself to turn on torch light. Problem is sometime it be accidentally triggered and torch light turned on in bag. I have no clue how to deal with this stupid bug. Mine is Tab 8. Anyone else facing this problem?

Lol... u accidentally go on your side button open app function is it? 😅😂🤣

Go to side button option in setting. U can change it.

Nope, somehow it will remap itself to torch even is power off

Now you can see is power off, after awhile, setting remains power off but long press triggers torch. Is a stupid sw glitch.

Samsung also hardly updates Tab 8 now. Apple is much better on post sales support on updates and fix bugs

Such issue happened across different samsung devices. My loyalty has shaken on samsung. Hopefully Google can buck up on device design and I will swing over my whole device ecosystem in the next 2-3 years

I think Goodlock registar is the culprit behind my problem even it was not turn on to remap button. I can either uninstall this module or set to something else to avoid the silly torch light bug as it drains my battery. Will monitor for a week.
