Hi can somebody please help,

I try to attach the external seagate 2tb hard drive which is in exfat format and it doesn't show on my Samsung S9 ultra tablet. it just shows as charging and there is no option to change it to transfer files, nor does the paragon exfat/ntfs app support this as it doesnt load. any solution? i have just been trying to use the otg type c adapters that come with samsung phones or the one that came with the hard drive both fail to work. Please help asap. Thanks.

1) Use a strong USB OTG.
2) Plug in a power connector to your external hard drive.

Hello, i am using ntfs drive, nvme , portable small enclosure.

Tab 9 ultra only blicks "preparing usb" and nothing.

Same enclosure connected to S23 ultra working with no problém. Detected and reading.

No relation to power from my point of view. More Like som kind of bug.

Paragon exfat/ntfs can not detect drive o. Tab9 ultra either.

I dont believe s23u is "stronger" than tab9u when powering attached usb
