I’m using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and recently noticed that the screen (front camera side) is slightly lifting from the frame. I have never dropped the device.

There is also some glue-like substance coming out from the edge of the frame. The device itself does not appear swollen or bent.

Does anyone know what's happened? Pls help me

This is the screen from the front mirror side, there is a gap appear between the screen and the frame. And I've check the bottom side, it looks flat without any gap appears. F0Gpa2Yokm.jpg

this looks like ut resulted from swollen battery or hot temperature. has your tablet ever been in overheat condition?

I purchased during the pre-order period, it almost two years now. Mainly for movies, music, and candy crush, so I would not consider it heavy usage.

I does noticed that the device gets a bit heat during use, occasionally. Is it normal for the battery to start swelling within such a short period of time?

Or is it possible that the glue has simply lost its stickiness?

perhaps just the glue integrity being out. local service centre would put glue to fix it, but it's best to get advice from authorized samsung service centre.

My screen is doing the same thing and in searching for information this seems to be somewhat common where the adhesive Samsung used is just giving out from age, no extra heat or swelling necessary. I actually activated my Samsung account here hoping to find support but it just seams that this place exists for customers to scream into the void.
