If I'm not mistaken, the updates for tablets are in quarterly basis and not monthly. Unlike with the phones that comes every month.

Thats kinda bad, specially for security patches, google updates montly for safety and security, tablets and phone both run same android as its core OS so having one getting monthly and the other quarterly but having the same vulnerability is bad

Well, I can't think of any other brands that provides monthly security patches/updates to their tablet line up. Apple doesn't provide monthly updates to their iPads, neither Huawei or Lenovo to their own tablets as well.

Microsoft provides daily patches for their surface line up, wich includes their tablets, i know andoird is different from windows 11, but having almost the same data on you phone and tablet with the same OS, one would think they should be protected equaly

Daily? I don't own a Surface tablet so I can't comment on that.

But yeah, it's a case to case basis per manufacturer.
