Tab S8 Ultra Keyboard Preorder Delays

Hi guys! Has anyone managed to redeem their book cover keyboard? I have preordered the tablet and registered my redemption since launch (03/04/2022), but still no update from Samsung. I have called up Samsung thru the galaxy hotline and emailed redemption but no replies for 2 weeks now.

Hopefully someone can help here because the customer service team has successfully neglected my case. many thanks!

try messaging without choosing the menu, then try to give specifics like order number

I submitted my redemption March 14 and I got the book cover March 19. But the e-voucher for youtube premium and Microsoft 365 is still missing. Tried sending an e-mail but it bounced back to me.

It's been almost 3 weeks for me, I don't know what's happening to my book cover keyboard.
