It's me again, the student who owns the Samsung Tab S7+ with a flashing screen. I have planned out to fix my tablet, but I have to save up since I'm a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT :(

Everyday, I check my tablet to see if it will turn on. After a week of trying, it opened again earlier in the morning, and it has been responsive until this evening. I tried using apps and it works perfectly, but I have yet to lift my tablet off from its resting place due to my anxiety. I have a feeling it will be just temporary, but I hope it was about software issues. Any recommendations for me to try things while I have the chance to do so?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience! Since your tablet has powered on, you can try running Samsung Members Diagnostics to check for potential hardware or software issues. It’s a great tool to help pinpoint problems. Here's how:

Open the Samsung Members app > Tap Support at the bottom > Select Phone diagnostics

Let us know how it goes!

Hello! I've tried doing diagnostics again and my tablet successfully did it. Not until I left it open for a while and it suddenly started having a white screen with a faint green on the end of it. It was covering a quarter of the left side of my tablet. When I tried closing it, it won't open and returned flashing near the left side of my tablet whenever I use the side button. Then, I tried to force reset it before it the screen flashes entirely when I try to interact with it.

I understand how frustrating this must be, Riverious. Visiting a Samsung service center will give you a precise diagnosis of the issue, and you'll get a clear idea of any repair costs. They'll also check your warranty details to make sure everything is covered.

Since you're a minor, a parent or guardian may need to accompany you or provide consent for repairs. I hope this helps, and your device is up and running smoothly again soon!

It's quite hard to bring a guardian since I only have my grandmother and we have to commute in order to reach the nearest authorized repair center. My tablet also was not bought here locally in the Philippinee, it was bought from the United States, gifted from my uncle. It's more frustrating if I'm a minor.
