This tutorial will guide you on how to set up your PERANTISISWA | Galaxy Tab A8 like a pro, but not limited to any other of your Galaxy devices. These are all that I have applied on my tablet and I've simplified the steps as simple as I can.
Software Updates
After setting up the tablet, go to Settings, check for any software updates available. The time I received my tablet, Android 12 with OneUI 4.0 was available to be installed.
Go to Settings > search “Software Updates” > Download and install
More fine-tuned animation
Get a more fine-tuned animation when you jump from window to window in the tablet.
1) Go to Settings and search “Software Information”
2) Tap the “Build number” for 7 times until Developer Option is enabled
3) Scroll down and until you find :
> Window animation scale
> Transition animation scale
> Animation animation scale
4) Tap those and set them all to “Animation scale 1.5x”
Fine Lock
Fine Lock is the alternative for Good Lock, which allows you to redesign the look and feel of your Galaxy device and available on the Play Store.
There are several modules available to be downloaded in this app. Tap the modules and it will redirect you to the website. After that, choose the app version that is compatible with Android 12 or below.

p.s. I have changed my Navigation bar type to Swipe gestures for more viewing area.

Background Blur Control > set the value to 0%
Task Changer
Layout type : List
Toggle on “Center the currently running app”
Toggle on “Gesture top priority setting”
- MultiStar module
Improve your multitasking by using this module to do pop-up action and multi-window on supported apps.

Split keyboard
Split your keyboard for easier typing activity either on Portrait or Landscape mode
Use Assistant Menu
The Assistant Menu provides useful tools to access hardware buttons and all parts of the screen by simply tapping or swiping.
Settings > search “Assistant Menu” > Toggle it on
