Viber History Can't be Restored in Tab S6 Lite

The restore backup function in Viber does not appear in the settings. I'm not sure if it's viber or the tab. Any suggestion on how I can transfer or sync my Viber history from my old phone?

there is a viber backup function in viber settings. turn it on on your old phone so it will back up ur messages to its cloud storage.

click More>Settings>account>viber backup

then click backup. after that, enter your credentials from on your new phone and then the system will automatically detect ur stored backup in its cloud storage

I too cant restore viber apps in my note 10+.I wanna know why ..can you help
