Why disable/remove samsung dex? UI 8.0 Updates

Samsung dex was the most valuable feature of s9 ultra and the reason why i bought it because i can work anywhere. It feels like my s9 just lost out of touch. Im so disappointed. I wish i didnt update.. please enable it back..

What's the use case or specific functionality that was removed? I rarely use my Tab S10ultra but I get to use DEX on it. I don't remember wireless DEX to screens but it will work for me since all my TVs and monitors are Samsung, too

I was just casually using my dex and a notif pops up and updated my tab to ui 8. After updating, dex was gone and hell i cant get it back to the way it was! Very frustrated.

I saw some reviews that allegedly they removed it because some users are complaning about battery consumption, like I care duhh. Just buy a powerbank or upgrade your chargers silly lol

I think they integrated it onto the tablet UI. While in your home screen, try swiping up from the bottom, then check the right hand side for a desktop icon with a + sign in it. Click that to activate a desktop. That should chuck you into DEX mode within that desktop. You can make a number of those desktops and keep the default atblet interface separate

Yes im aware of that. Its just that theres some things that i can do from the samsung browser that i cant do now
