Easy guides for quick solutions
The option to “Stay signed in” is a convenient way to use Samsung.com. When you choose to stay signed in, you can access Samsung.com services and manage your account as soon as you open the website and avoid the extra step of having to enter your credentials each time you visit the site.
Notes:
Step 1. Go to Samsung.com > Click on the profile icon in the top right corner > Select Sign in/Create Account.
Step 2. Enter your account email address > Select Stay signed in > Click Next > Enter your password > Click Sign in.
How long does the account stay signed in?
Once “Stay signed in” is enabled, this feature will remain active for one year from the time that you log in to your account on Samsung.com. This period of time is extended for an additional year each time you access your account on the website.
Note: If you do not access your Samsung account again within one year of activating “Stay signed in,” the feature will automatically be deactivated.
If you no longer wish to stay signed in to your Samsung account, there are three ways to disable, or turn off, “Stay signed in”: logging out, changing your Samsung account password, or clearing your web browser cache and cookies.
Step 1. To access your account settings, go to Samsung.com > click on the profile icon in the top right corner > select your name in the menu.
Step 2. Select the Security tab on the account settings page.
Step 3. Enter your current password to verify your identity, then click Confirm.
Step 4. Click Change password.
Step 5. Change your password by entering your “Current password,” a “New password,” confirming the new password, and clicking Change.
Step 6. When prompted, select Sign out of all devices to log out of your current and existing sessions.
Note: All current and existing login sessions will be signed out when you select Sign out of all devices.
You will be logged out of your current and existing login sessions if you clear or delete your web browser cache and cookies.
Things to consider when selecting "Stay signed in"
Please be careful when choosing the option to stay signed in. To safeguard your personal information and devices, it is advised to use this feature only on your personal devices and remember to log out of your account when accessing it from a public computer.
If “Stay signed in” is activated on a device that you have lost, please make sure to change your password to avoid unwanted access to your personal information and account details.
