For those thinking the release is imminent here is a little reminder. In 2018 it took 40 days after the Germany release for the final to hit US carrier phones. It was 55 days before unlocked phones received the final Android 9.
Maybe it won't be that long but be prepared.

if that's the case, I'm considering to go back to android 9, there's too many bugs and the wait is long.

Not really, we're getting more updates because 10 beta seems a little more buggy than 9 was. This won't matter much for European phones because Exynos models are traditionally updated first.
Also keep in mind that since AT&T didn't participate in the beta their signing off will probably be longer.

No rush, 8 beta has been great on my S10+, so long as there no beta 9 update. I don't care when the Official update is...

Samsung isn't allowed to sell phones with their Exynos processor in the United States thanks to licensing agreements with Qualcomm or we would be getting the stable build like everybody else.
