Animation lag

I was having issues with animation lagging in some areas. I was poking around in the settings and decided to try out High Performance mode rather than the Optimized mode I normally use, and I'm not noticing the lag anymore. You would need to be okay with increased battery drain to use this option.

Correction, I don't notice the lag *as much*. It seems to be localized to folder animation.
