If you have apps that refuse to work even after a factory reset or cache wipe you'll need to be patient. Apps are developed to be backwards compatible but not forwards compatible. Since Android 10 is still slowly rolling out worldwide across multiple devices developers are having to wait and see just what apps work where and on what. An app written for a US Samsung wouldn't necessarily work on a Samsung phone in Asia. Even Samsung has the same problem with their apps so you'll probably find Samsung apps not working also. Another major problem is developers needing Android 10 themselves before they develop for it and in some cases having a particular model phone is a pre-requisite.
I have been pleasantly surprised that I haven't seen the compatibility problems with Android 10 that I saw with Android 9 or 8 beta.

I've noticed this happened so I reset my phone and it got a little better. some apps still very slow loading.
