ok..many posts about this including mine. it's still there without enable gestures hint but they changed the way to do it because of the screenshot below from the changelog. i just wished they mentioned the new way instead of driving ppl crazy.
now you cant do it from the homescreen anymore, and it doesn't work when swiping horizontally at the bottom, you have to swipe at an angle as if you were making a half circle to left or right. hope that helps.
