Don't blame Samsung for why the United State is last it's not there fault it's the dumb carriers we have here, I always see people blaming Samsung for these things also there is a chance that beta users might not be the first to get the update. last year we didn't get the pienl update until a couple weeks after everybody else got it remember we technically already have Android 10 so worrying about a minimal update isn't the end of the world or a reason to be streased it just is what it is 🤷‍♂️

Honestly I don't think they should be rolling it out yet, my phone and many others still have a yellow tint on their screen due to samsung messing up the color on our displays

yep! I've said the same thing. have you made feedback reports about it?
mine now seems like it gets a little better at points randomly, then back to looking like **bleep**.

Beta channels are released by the brand/manufacturer so any bugs are on them during beta.

the release channel is final beta pushed to the carriers for final fixes and modifications, so any bugs that are left over would be fixed by samsung or by the carrier or both.

Outside the US carriers are not allowed to hold up updates or block phone unlocks as every update is pushed directly from the manufacturer.

In the US they give carriers more power and the ability to block otas. So yes dont blame samsung or any brand as this is why outside the US they have already received released stable copies
Tips
then why do carriers be getting updates before unlocked phones if it's the carriers' fault? this dont got anything to do with carriers it's only the SoC we should be blaming

that depends on the carrier and brand, once you have unlocked your phone the imei in the carrier system flags as unlocked so if you are on a different carrier than the original its a 50/50 if you will even receive an OTA update.

LG users have it the worst, they barely have received android 9 (pie) last month

It's not just about the carriers. Most of the rest of the world uses Exynos phones and Samsung has always upgraded those phones first.

Believe it or not, but Samsung has been more thorough about bug fixes for this beta test for this year than they were last year. If you know where to look, you can tell that bits and pieces of the beta still have to be completely merged with UI 2.0.
