It is recommended to re-register your finger prints after the update. Not that there is an issue, but just to comply with the new patch about a full print scan. Up to you
I think it's only recommended if you used a screen protector (other than the pre-installed one) or case with a screen cover when you registered your prints. If not they should be fine.
