this does this for me as well, prior to the update on the forum it suggested to make sure you you do not have your music player in our case Spotify set to " sleep" in the settings

back up your phone except settings uncheck it before you back up. then factory reset and install back up. hope this helps

I think it's Samsung software cuz it happened before the beta for me with YouTube Music, Google Play Music, YouTube, Starz, Tidal any media app it does this and still does this on the beta. I followed the steps Samsung says but it still does it.
