One of the first things I noticed after hopping on the Beta build was the way my display looked, colors looked faded, washed out, and dark mode looked very gray. Well in my attempt to try to find a solution to bring it back, I tweaked many settings and cleaned up my phone files from all sources and as of right now my screen looks back to how its supposed to be, and how it looked before installing the beta. Now, I dont know which of all of these actions fixed it, so I'd highly suggest you try them all and let me know if it worked for you as well. Picture #1 shows exactly how bad my screen looked. Look at the Gmail and Beta notifications, the red and aqua colors look faded, washed out. Now look at picture #2, that's after, screen looks back to normal, Vivid colors are back. So here's everything I did:

1. Cleared "One UI Home" app storage cache thru the App Settings
2. Cleared temp files and cache thru Device Care Storage Settings
3. Cleared Cache Partition thru the Recovery screen (Pwr+Bixby+Vol Up while phone is completely off)
4. Toggled Dark Mode ON and OFF several times, as well as toggled the new Wallpaper dark mode setting ON and Off.
5. The most crucial ones: Display Settings, and toggled Blue Light Filter On and Off. Left it off after.
- Went to Screen Mode and switched between Vivid and Natural, left it on Vivid after couple switches back and forth.
-White Balance: dropped it all the way to cool then back to the middle
-Advanced Settings, switched RGB all the way to the left, then put them back on the right side
-Went to Screen Resolution, downgraded to FHD+, pressed apply. Closed all apps, to reset the screen. Went back to Screen Resolution, downgraded again to HD+, Applied it, and again closed all apps to reset screen resolution. Finally, went last time to switch it back to WQHD+, applied, and closed all apps again.
- Turned off Developer settings just in case (only if you had It on initially)
If you have Developer enabled, go all the way down to accent color and press black, then go back to default. Then turn off developer settings.

-Rebooted my phone one last time, and the resolution and vividness came back to life. I know the knowledgeable here might think half of these things were unnecessary or whatever but the screenshots below show proof of before and after. So one of these things brought my screen back to life. Also keep in mind Betas bugs mess with buttons in settings either accidentally activating or deactivating a function, so toggling them back and forth from on to off helps it calibrate and do its function again. It happened with Pie to me last year several times. Hope this helps!

Adjust your brightness a little higher. It appears to me the lower the brightness there is a decrease in color intensity. Might be a trick on my eyes but xombody let me know if this is early onset dementia. I'd take the disability...

I just swapped my wallpaper to a more vibrant colored Samsung one, and now all my colors for icons look normal and vibrant. I'll check again after swapping to a different paper and see if colors wash out.

I think my eyes are playing tricks on me. With the starry wallpaper, the colors look dull. With the Samsung wallpaper, the icons look brighter, probably due to the contrasting colors. But with Android 9, that was never the issue... hopefully they fix this soon. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a OLED screen if colors look washed out.

I agree.  This needs to be fixed.  I noticed the email widget began to flicker.  My phone got really hot once which is not good.  Then the vividness started to flicker.  This is over the course of about a week.  Then I get this permanently washed look.  Screen is now washed and battery drains faster.  I guess Samsung wants me to get a new phone.
