Bro, it FEELS smoother. Do you even know what those options in Developer options do? They increase or decrease the speed of your animations. Setting them to 0x for example gets rid of the animations. Setting them to 10x makes the animations go on for a LONG time. Setting them all to 10x makes you phone feel really slow. Setting them all to .5x on the other hand makes your pH next feel snappier.
