Yep, I preorder it, got the same delay for one month. I saw on lowyat forum it's regarding the eartips fragility issue. I guess if it's a QC problem I rather delay the shipment than receive a problematic earbuds
So unfair all customers ordering the lower range buds 3 getting their units before end of July while those who paid double the price for the pro have to wait extra month till Aug 31 to receive their delayed order because samsung didn't care to ensure their job was done correct to qc.
Everyone who ordered should just ask for a refund as they have no plans to make it right. The delay has caused all of us a feeling that those who pay more get treated worse. What a clown show at samsung
