Hi I can't turn on the feature turn on notify when left behind of my galaxy buds 2. It's says can't turn on. Make sure your galaxy buds 2 is connected to your phone, which is connected. Anyone know why this is happening?

Make sure to remove the buds first from the case so it could connect to the Bluetooth and SmartThings then try to turn on "Notify when left behind".

First of all, it acts as an offline when not in use.

Got it finally working by doing a reset to my earbuds. Thanks for those who answered 😄
