Galaxy buds fe ANC white noise

Hi guys.

I have bought a galaxy buds fe recently like a few days ago. I used it for some days and worked quite well without any problem.

Since last night suddenly i am hearing a white noise like a wind noise, very disturbing, when i turn on the ANC on the right bud. When the ANC is off there is no noise but when i turn it on there is a very bad wind noise there.

Anybody has experienced the same thing? Can you help me to know how to handle it?

I have another earbuds and they also have ANC but there is no wind noise/ wind noise. I also tried ANC with other buds before. Also this buds fe didn't have this problem untill 2 days ago. So i think its not really accurate

You can go to cs for calibration

Yeah maybe. Thanks. I wish samsung would release an update for it. Because after reading many threads on Reddit, i know lots of people having the issue out there

I tried. They said its because your environment is windy 😂 can you believe it? I explained i used it before in the same environment. But they insist its not malfunction and its because the wind 😁

That is normal ,wind can't be cut ,if still have a little.

I had the same problem. They said the issue was on my phone, and that I should try on another phone. It's amazing how unprepared they deal with hardware/firmware issues.
