after a few months from purchase, watch had touch screen issues and motherboard was replaced under warranty. After the warranty expired but a few months when motherboard was replaced, watch would not charge anymore.
service center identified a motherboard issue again. But since it is over 12 months, they were quoting over S$330 to replace battery and motherboard plus services. a new watch 4 classic is selling for less.
Hi, in general, I feel that Samsung Watches are not very durable. Hence, it's not worth to get it repaired, as the issue may resurface again. I think at this point, it's best to get a new set, which is cheaper than the repair cost. If u decide to get Samsung branded watches, I guess u may need to expect a lifespan of as short as 2 years again.
