Galaxy Watch 4 -Samsung Health Monitor Blood Pressure not working

Has any of you encountered this error? Supposedly the Galaxy Watch 4 should have Blood Pressure monitoring in the Samsung Health Monitor app. But mine always says "No compatible watch found".

My devices are fully updated (watch os, phone os, and all their apps). I even reset my watch but still no luck on making the BP working. ECG works fine though.

Hi Mawsiee! May I know what phone you're using? 😊 The BP monitoring only works if your phone is also Samsung. Read more about it here: https://www.samsung.com/ph/apps/samsung-health-monitor/

I'm using a Samsung Phone. A Flip 4 to be exact
